Becky Weiss is truly one of the very best and brightest networking and security experts at AWS, and this is a fantastic refresher of AWS security foundations. Not only is she knowledgeable, she presents at a very comfortable pace and covers a LOT of ground, and she makes the complicated easy. In the first ten minutes she clearly and concisely explains principals, roles, policies, RBAC, cross-account roles and resource-based policies. This is truly one of the best videos about AWS security and IAM you will ever find.

For past 3 years of learning AWS services and watching 500 AWS Videos, I would like to say - THis is the best Session on AWS IAM and Security ...must watch for all AWS experts and new developers

I can say the thing too.

That was straightforward and to the point. Different scenarios illustrating each AWS Service and use case. In 2023, and still everything look so simple.

I have 3 years experience in AWS, 1 year experience in cloud security and I can say it louder that nobody has never explained aws security like Mrs. Weiss!

Wow. This is one of best presentations on this subject that I have experienced and one of the best technical speakers also!

She is confident, clear and to the point. Absolutely love this. She should do more in-depth sessions as well. Brilliant.

Very, very good talk! A complex topic explained in a way that is easy to understand. Would like to see more videos like this.

I loved learning from your lecture here -- you related everything to patterns, and explained the patterns with at little jargon as possible. The examples are very good; it is much better to learn this way first, and then follow the hands-on tutorials that other folks have created for IAM and KMS on the web, and then again go through your lecture to cement the understanding together with hands-on tutorials..

For sure we can't attach a security group for NLB. ALB on the other hand accept a security group

It's for the subnet that the NLB is in/part of...

If my server is compromised /cyber targeted and imposter created alias though reported to AWS through server and email the use of malicious cert on comcast router UI redirects to AWS imposter/false tech support - I can't report the continued hack! Is there on site location to prove identity ownership

I wonder how many people are asking themselves, , when AWS will finally remove words like "flexible, powerful" from tech presentation and docs?
