For example we have a master acount and sub account , we are trying to manage the sub account by any of the I am user who belongs to master account, here we use role. In simpler form we create a role on the sub account choosing aws account and giving master account ID. here the issue is all the users who belong to master account will have access to that sub account, we can restrict this by creating a custom policy BY defining another account role arn and attach that policy to the particular user in the master account who is responsible for accessing sub account
