How I was undiagnosed for so long that I literally don't know how to unmask and just feel everything and be myself. Well actually yes, while It is an increasingly common trend in society for people who don't possess the relative expertise to self-diagnose, for the strangest reason I can't quite explain I found it validating to seek an expert opinion from a fully certified medical professional. I'm not really a fan of the idea of self-diagnosis, personally. I feel it's playing it a little too fast and loose, just sort of guessing what ailment or illness one might feel like identifying with based on current environments, circumstances, emotions, or moods. Since these things tend to change over time. Plus in today's professionally offended society, I worry if I didn't receive proper medical diagnosis some very woke person might hiss at me or something idk...
