This is a great solution for venting out of a basement hopper window.
The exhaust hose quickly detaches and the window can still close.
Also a great solution for venting a portable air conditioner.

Just discovered your channel after searching for some 3d printing companies. I'll most likely keep it a side hobby for my car projects. But I wish you and your family the best with much happiness! Your professionalism and demeanor are very refreshing to see on youtube!
Definitely got the gears turning. Thanks for sharing this terrific idea. I have a resin printer in the basement and I really needed an easy way to get rid of the fumes. This'll make for a good weekend project!
Absolutely spectacular, this video achieved exactly it's intended purpose. I'll be ordering one v soon!
Such a simple brilliant design
You cold with it man!!! ❤
Very nice clean design. I could see this paired with a 4" duct style fan (plus a wall mount for the fan) to help clear the air in a room where you're 3D printing. I think it could be a good product for the 3D printing communities.
Thank you for sharing this!
Wow this is awesome
I've been trying to solve the exact problem to vent out the fumes from the 3D printer in my basement.. this is perfect!
Great application! Really awesome idea for the screw on part of the adapter, I always have to fight my ducts to fit the adapter and use zip ties

Thanks man! How’s your business going these days?
Nice! Thanks.
I have a window just like that. I created a new wood frame and swapped the hinge and latch from the window onto it. I then made my own passthrough adapter to mount my 6-inch hurricane fan to it. I mounted a blast gate to the inside to shut off the air from coming back in. Granted, it takes more skill than your setup, so it's not for everyone.

That sounds pretty sweet man. Is your blast gate made of metal or plastic? I’ve heard some of the plastic ones don’t seal well.
this is perfect- i have a mira 9 i will be contacting you directly.
The only windows in the basement are glass block cemented in place and the stone foundation goes all the way up to the floor. Im not sure how to place a vent in the this basement. The air quality is bad. I would entertain any solutions.
I can't access your website. Is there a problem on your end that you know of? The solution is inspiring and I'm interested in purchasing from you.
Anyone know if it is acceptible (code) to vent a radon pipe through a window similar to this video? We have a basement window just above our sump pit. It is quite croweded in that corner of the basement rafters with plumbing, vent ducts. Could I permanently "close" one window of the basement and essentially block out the window with a wood panel and run my radon vent pipe through the window then up the side of my home? This would keep me from having to cut a hole in the side of my house. I have 4 windows that do no permit entry, and that window could easily be glassblocked with the radon vent duct going through one side of it. Thanks!
I am looking for a simple air exchange system for my half finished 20x40 basement. I have an oil furnace. I dont want it so powerful it draws in the exhaust from the damper. Do you have such a system that does not cost a fortune?
Wow just discovered your channel and purchased a portable AC. My window in the basement is a hopper window but comes out from the bottom your design is great how can I get one of those.

THIS IS WHAT I NEED RIGHT HERE FOR MY UPSTAIRS BEDROOM WITH A CASEMENT WINDOW WITH MIRROR TIMT ON IT TO BLOCK OUT THE SUN. ☀️ The room faces direct WEST. So I need to cut out a section in the window. 🪟 and place this in there
