I like that Jenna is still hung up on Matty.. that is what highschool is like.. There is this one person you cannot get out of your mind.

At first I hated the first half of season three when Jenna cheated on Matty for Collin then in the latter part I understand the true essence of the show and why it has to happen. This show really gives us life long lessons that teenagers do experience. I'm so hooked up that I wish Awkward wouldn't end! And also I want Jenna to still end up with Matty. :(( P.S is season five already out? Thanks for answering!!

webelonghere Forever lmao. Awkward takes place in high school, and one of the key aspects of high school is being hung up on that one person who you used to like.

Everybody in this show looks like they are at least 5-10 years too old for high school.

I love this show im really blown away that its come as far as it has i cant wait for the new season bc i thought it would over as soon as they graduated.

some of you are bored and sick of the whole matty and jenny thing but truth is its what happens in real life they were first lovers, all the people they date at the end of the day they still have some feelings for each other and they won't end up going away, they will most likely end up together, or move on when they leave for college.

Sadie, Val, Lissa, the asian maffia and Jennas moms drunk friend are the only charecters I watch the show for - the others are just boring and repetitive
