He's Kyle from sonic from the metal gear series made by Sony

Kyle was a great character in Super Mario Odyssey, he was so fun to play as and had really funny dialogue. His playable section in New Donk City, where he has to save Kirby from Mecha Wiggler was my favorite part in the game. I hope Nintendo bring him back for future games.

As someone who actually colours in colouring books, I prefer it when the art is back to back. It makes it difficult to use marker because the ink bleeds through the pages sometimes.
