Tapi mungkin dalamnya beda, dan ini tidak ada/minim sekali daya dorong nya, karena hanya untuk menghasilkan api dari bahan bakar oli bekas.

Bet if you mixed 1 cup of gasoline to a gallon of diesel you starting fire would be a lot hotter and start will be faster.

Iya seperti itu, tapi proses penguapan terjadi di dalam burner. Pipa kecil yang di luar untuk pemanasan awal oli sebelum masuk ke dalam burner itu tidak terlalu pengaruh, artinya tanpa pipa kecil itu pun burner bisa menyala dengan baik.

Proses penguapan sangat bergantung pada desain bagian dalam. Saya masih memerlukan material non logam, mau coba buat dari bahan ceramic fiber dan semen tahan api, terakhir kali coba pakai bahan pipa besi, dia hanya tahan sebentar, lumer/meleleh pipa besinya yang bagian dalam. Padahal bahan bakar hanya pakai oli bekas mesin mobil yang sudah sangat hitam dan kotor 😀😀..

Almost no smell and smoke.

Problem: ones you heat the coper tube the line of use oil the oil is starting to buildup the carbon and after all the coppertube is clug

love it ! Would it be easier to put some diesel rags in the burn chamber and light them instead of using the rag on a stick. Simply light the soaked rags in the end and let the body warm up then add the fuel.

If using a cloth soaked in diesel fuel and placed in the combustion chamber, the fire is easily extinguished. The heating process is also long. Even the burners won't be able to ignite.

Close but you want to preheat your intake air to. YOU can do this by using your wast heat comming off your canister. Rap your intake air around your canister through a flexable pipe. Yes the same way you are preheating your oil. You will get a suprize your canister will probely melt. My canister did. I mad a canister out of refactory material. My exaust heat was over 3,000F. Thats called efficiency. Look in to how a blast furnace works. THe blast furnace was made back in the early 1800 hundreds. They used charcol to smelt iron the result is pig iron. PIg iron is 4.5% carbon by whate. YOu are thinking how is this posible charcol cant get hot enough to smelt iron. Yes it can in a blast furnice. YOU could have the most efficient burner on the internet. IF you don't understand what I am talking about i can send you a drawing complet with the typ of materials you need. You are blowing cold air into your oil fire. Yes it needs the oxygen. try pre heating your air and your fire would get hot oxygen. The russions figered this out back in the 1960 S and had the best rocket engines that were 25% more efficient. They still make the best engines. ANd before you tell me what an idoit I am look into what i am saying. Oh i can't spell I have a brain injery. That does not efect my comen sense.

Thank you very much...I am glad you want to share your knowledge. Yes, I understand a little what you are talking about. The design of this waste oil burner, which is on the inside may be almost the same as what you mean. Currently I am making a design for the inside using heat-resistant materials. I mold pipes and other forms using a mixture of ceramic fiber, heat-resistant brick powder, heat-resistant cement and water glass (Sodium silicate). Hopefully my dream can come true, and function as expected.

Yes, can. This burner is made of iron. And the iron can melt. So, this burner is functionally working well, but it must be made of a material that is really heat resistant. For example graphite or caolin clay. Or those that can withstand more than 1500'C.

Got any one-way check valves or spark arrestors connected to that gasoline line? If there was a sudden blockage in the nozzle or some other problem, 40 psi in the tank could easily force the oil into the gasoline bottle and spray highly flammable fuel all over that flame.... Death trap

Tergantung besarnya api juga mas, kalau panjang api sekitar 15cm, oli 1ltr bisa sekitar 90 menit.

Tidak berani jual, mas bro. Ini bahan burnernya tidak bisa pakai besi, dinyalakan paling 2.5 jam besi burnernya bagian dalam meleleh meski sudah pakai ketebalan 5mm. Jadi harus pakai bahan yang bukan besi misal silicone carbine atau grafit. Nah saya bulum ada cukup dana untuk membuat dari bahan2 itu. Secara desain (bagian dalamnya) sudah bekerja dengan baik, tapi harus menggunakan bahan2 yang benar2 tahan suhu tinggi. Pernah coba pakai bahan/serbuk bata tahan api, tidak kuat juga, meleleh. Dari browsing, grafit yang cocok untuk suhu tinggi. Dipasaran yang murah grafit sintetis, tapi saya tidak tahu ketahanan suhunya sama atau tidak dengan grafit asli.

Bisa, tapi butuh benar2 panas. Dan ada resiko lain, yaitu dalam pipa/selang terlalu cepat meninggalkan terak/endapan kotoran yang bisa menyumbat nozzle. Jadi, kalau seperti itu kurang efektif.

Pa Kalo blowernya pakai blower keong 2" bagaimana ya hasilnya?? Saya coba membuat pemanas ini menggunakan blower keong tp u saluran olinya tdk menggunakan nozzle tp kok nyala apinya g stabil Dan sewaktu waktu muncul asap

Able to melt metal. However, it is still constrained by materials that can withstand high temperatures. That which in the video uses iron, the iron melts. Even though it only uses used fuel oil. I don't have enough materials and tools and funds to make materials that can withstand high temperatures. It has been tried using refractory bricks but it is not strong, it still melts. try to find or check my other videos.
