AWESOME Meat Grinder - LEM Big Bite #12

Ойын-сауық

Thank you for watching! I was excited to finally open up the grinder and test it out. With the youth season starting this weekend, early doe next weekend, and regular bow season starting October 1st, we will be running this grinder often.
This will be a major upgrade to anyone who does their home processing of game.

You will be happy with Lem#8. I've used my Lem#12 6 years now, running breakfast links, snacksticks, summer and trail. And it has served us well, using it about the frequency you spoke if. Makes quick work over a less costly wattage power grinder. Parts are solid, and real good quality.

That seemed to do well going straight to the fine grind. Why is it so common to grind coarse first, then fine?

I’m not sure on that one. I think I remember the Bearded Butchers when making snack sticks they said something about the proteins breaking down or something. I’ve never put in the coarse grind with the 8 deer so far

I bought the #32 a year ago at the end of the season. I ran 2 deer through it this fall and really love it. Just ordered the tenderizer last night. I love running the back straps into cube steaks. I hope I like it as well. I've run my deer at my neighbors for 25 years but our schedule's don't always line up perfectly so it was time to get my own stuff. I know the more I get established the more I will run for family/friends. Last year was the big investment. Tenderizer and meat lugs this year. Maybe sausage stuffer and mixer next year?? I enjoyed your video. Take care.

@chrisbarr5289 that’s awesome! We got the 11pb stuffer for snack sticks and summer sausage. We need to add a meat slicer for jerky and a mixer for when we do 30lb batches of snack sticks. Thank you for watching, slowly getting better
