I thought that there were no more places to enjoy drift in Japan, but I recognized that they are still doing it.

Its just not as popular as it once was and plus many places have been anti drifted (if thats even a sentences . . .), pretty much many places they installed things in between the roads to prevent drifters from drifting, like they do with skaters. Its also the same with Oi Wharf, they use to drift that section all the way down the road but they later installed barriers to prevent drifters from drifting the whole loop which is why that drift section is shorter

And at least the government and police don't crack down to hard like American police but hey these drifters do it at night and I mean they do mess with cops but in a wholesome way lol Japan is home of drifting and JDM lol so I hope Japan keeps this tradition alive

I really like watching Japanese street drifting. Not because its dangerous, but because the cars don´t have insane angle kits and stupid amounts of horsepower that create way too much smoke. Just nice slides and beautiful sounding exhaust notes.

@@CowboyFPS yes, for competition. for street drifting? no. having more power and angle makes it easier, maybe more fun, too - depending on who you ask - but it's not essential.

@@user-yi8mz2jf3o 阿呆なのか？走行方法自体は前からあってもドリフト自体を楽しむ事や峠、ストリートでドリフトを楽しむ文化自体は日本で生まれた イニシャルDのようなドリフトを扱った娯楽作品なんてそれまで海外に無かったやろ 彼が感謝してるのはこの一般人が楽しむ文化を作って育てて大きくした事に関してであってプロレーサーがサーキットコースで走る事についてではない そのくらい言われんでも汲み取れと 普通わかるやろ

峠も一般車いない訳じゃないので難しいところではあるけど。。 昔は場所なくていきなり峠行くしかなかったから止む無く行ってたけど…今思えば命ある事に感謝
