China is the only Country that creates these kind of Cliff roads for thousands to enjoy the amazing beauty of their Country. These people risk their lives without being recognized or appreciated. SALUTE to these workers from a retired white South African Boer.

I can't help doffing my hat to all these construction workers at such incredibly dangerous areas like those steep, vertical cliffs & the brink of those steep mountain tops, cause they are truly working hard for us dicing w/ death. Incredible for sure. Southern China? Yellow Mountain maybe? Seems the old trails built centuries ago have become so popular with tourists, many of them getting people stuck for hours on sections, has inspired the idea of building new modern versions. These workers have created a lifetime of memories for countless people. How could you forget walking on that incredible path? That would definitely be in my top 5 ilfetime experiences.

We have a lot to learn here it takes years of annoying road closures and traffic jams to get any road work done. And that is if they don’t stop to strike because more money is wanted. Kudos to poor countries for their humbleness 😊

Why is this profession not recognised as being among the most dangerous jobs in the World? It would at least encourage dialogue about HSE concerns & establishing standards for these supremely talented workers! This is really unfair given the level of risk these people expose themselves to & sometimes for the mere sake of mere Tourism?! Awareness needs to be drawn to the needs of these workers....man, this is a real crying shame!!

We need these fearless Chinese workers to build stairs on the cliffs in the US.

This is inhumane. Harsh and dangerous conditions, no safety equipment, low pay, long work hours, Human abuse, exploitation!!😢😢😢

This kind of construction is only possible where there exists common sense, other than the skills necessary to perform such work. I worked hanging off building sites as a student earning money repairing facades and washing windows but we always wore a harness and of course many many rules and regulations before one even takes one foot off the ground. If these rules and regulations existed in China then none of these amazing things could be built and probably no tourist, including Chinese tourist could enjoy this. I'm sure they are all very careful otherwise that's the end of it. It's a tricky call because too many rules and regulations stifles the human pursuit of adventure and happiness.

Chinese People are struggling with courage to facilitate the people who are living on the high cliffs and this have made China a Great Power of the World.

Those workers deserve every penny they learn. They are probably the last generation of Chinese workers willing to work under such high-risk conditions.

Those are not roads, they are walking paths and are used for tourism. They are not essential and not that important. You are just making things up in this video.
