Why is this so hypnotic? It has such a voracious appetite. Whats needed now, budding film makers, is a follow up vid about what happens to all the shredded stuff, how its sorted and finally made into ingots or pellets or whatever, ready to be re-manufactured into something else. How about it?

55 gallon barrels are my favorite. Cars, sure, motorcycles, yup even watching an engine/transmission disappear, but for some reason watching a barrel sucked in and ground up is soothing.

I'm not sure how long these machines have been in existence, but in a world chock full of solid waste they are a Godsend

In regards to some of the bicycles and motorized vehicles, you'd think they'd have stripped them of parts instead of crushing them entirely.
