I was raised in a financially well household in seattle before i came back to india and i can say that i am utterly disgusted by the people who treat the people with lower income like 2nd class citizens. Never in my life have i disrespected a person based on their income, gender, caste or religion.

which apartments now so common every where .... stops worker using lift ?? they are humans too walking up so many floors nobody would do the work .......no maid now a day will mop the floor with a cloth !!

Congratulations. Nobody thinks this side. People have hardly thinks about this side of society. In gated societies I encountered hundreds of such occasions where we give more value to our sofas than Human.

In gated communities, I've also seen countless instances where material possessions are valued more than human beings. and based on that i thought lets have a story that will at-least question these things. We need to change this mindset.

The potrayal of the house owner is that of the personification of 'Shame'.

Excellent presentation !! 💖💖💖 Story highlight the discrimination of our society !! We are discriminating peoples on the basis of caste, creed, social and economical status, what not !! But why ??? Are we all not human being, the best creation of God ???

Heart touching story

Agree with this documentary, but on the flip side , people working in this sector need to understand that not everybody has a big heart. Not everybody doesn't feel threatened when they stand equal to the higher circle. You gotta decide what works in your favour.

When you start behaving with a servant equally, get ready to be treated by them equally. It’s a hard fact based on experience. They should be treated politely but making a servant sit with you equally makes them forget how you should be treated. Can you imagine members of house and maid sitting on same sofa? Please be practical. Don’t be rude but be practical. There’s nothing to make such a hype of this. Servant should also be polite and not egoist. No one will want an egoist servant.
