These were the days when the characters were spontaneous and the interviews were off the cuff. Mean Gene was so cool playing the straight man to all these knuckleheads. What a great time.

Always a treat seeing Prince Iaukea in action with the great Bobby Davis. That is quite a card being announced for the following week. Mongolian Stomper - Wahoo would be a main event anywhere. Baron Scicluna versus Bobo and Monsoon versus Bruno. And let’s not forget Tarzan Tyler taking on Johnny Valentine. In later years, Iaukea and the Baron were tag team champions being managed by Altamore’s buddy and fellow Sicilian, Louis Albano

You know there's a thing that people forget that this AWA World Heavyweight Title was the first Original Big Gold Belt way before NWA/WCW Big Gold Belt and it doesn't acknowledge the AWA as the first which is Odd if you look at the title size and design is basically identical I would say AWA was the Prototype of what the Big Gold Belt is today

After watching Greg and Jim cutting a promo, Jess Ventura was right: High Criers is perfectly accurate. What a bunch of whiny babyfaces?! What is with 1980's wrestling and promos? Ron Richie on Stampede Wrestling cuts a promo on Larry Cameron and a Canadian Flag spins out of nowhere, and now Jerry Blackwell and Shiek has a belly dancer dancing superimposed during the promo. Why?!
