I love that he's not egotistical. He is teaching without showing off. Nice to see a little class these days.

Plus you can see he breaths through his mouth and all those other guys are holding their breath and trying to exert more power but all you're doing is putting more strain on your heart which in the end diminishes your power. Also it makes more exertion in the brain.

There's a guy i know around my level in arm wrestling faced this guy who was holding his baby and watching some matches at the same time. The guy on my level was full going for it and wasn't moving him at all. I've seen the guy with the baby face Devon in some videos and get toyed with just as easy. I can statically hold about 46kg at the moment quite comfortably. It's just unreal the level of strength these guys have.

@BoboBrazil You know the preacher curl bench? Grab 46 kg and hold that in the hammer curl position. That's what i meant. I do 4 sets of about 10 - 12 seconds.

Uchiha Hikaku if you know about the “Thomas inch dumbbell” Larratt is also one of only about 20 guys in history who can thumbless deadlift the Thomas inch dumbbell. Only 200 or so people in history have even ever picked it up to waist level.

InnerSyncMusic the elbow can move around on the pad as long as raising the elbow doesn’t give you an advantage, but it has to stay on the pad
