Fantastic, glad you discovered this part of Victoria! Most tourists/foreigners have no idea about the beauty of the Mornington Peninsula - all go to the Great Ocean Road, which is such a shame because the mornington peninsula is one of the most beautiful places in the world, especially red hill, main ridge, sorrento, portsea, arthurs seat, the amazing ocean beaches (gunnamatta beach, sorrento ocean beach).

@@ya-australia that's great! Also what is beautiful is the high country, mt hotham, dinner plain in the winter it is like being in heaven. Very deep snow, blue sky, Australian trees and then you have the view of the surrounding mountains - it is possible to camp there as well. Also a really beautiful spot is McKillops bridge campground in southeastern Victoria, you are camping by a river with a 360 view of the mountains (I almost felt like i was in the Afghan mountains or something 😅) Victoria really has everything, mountains, snow, beaches, even desert.
