Selling fake oud oil, there are shops around the whole of Cairo doing this, it's a massive tourist trap and Iv seen them leading senior citizens into their shops, they put alot of pressure on you to buy their fake perfume oil and they do sometimes get physical pushing their fake product on you and saying give me money, they do this behind a closed door too, imagine a senior citizen alone locked in with a few of these guys, while they indimitmdate that person into buying something they never wanted in the first place, with their savings. If you walk around down town Cario or the markets, you will experience this, Iv had guys literally stalk me for blocks through the city on a few occasions in a short period of time, then approach me and try to befriend me, they will offer to take you for coffee and then ask if you would like to see real Egyptian Oud oil, if you agree you will end up in one of these shops, getting pressured into buying fake oud oil ( I bought this oil because, Abdul will probably feed his family with the money from his scam and I liked him ), If you try the oil, the scent will disappear after 30 mins, that's not oud oil, that's synthetic scent mixed with some random odorless oil, real oud oil will stay on your skin for hours if not days. That's the scam for those of you that don't understand.

Yes these people are hustlers and you should never expect to be sold genuine for such a cheap price. Egypt is full of fake products and items but that's the norm, so why bother wasting His time and now saying he's a scammer. Everybody knows when you go to the markets all the stuff is fake

The perfume is a copy after Tommy Hilfiger and not tom. The only perfume ever has Tom in its name is "Tom Ford" which is way heavier notes while the Hilfiger is fresher and lighter. Watching this was ironic because back in Egypt I was a perfumer for more than 25 years (Beside my other study and work) and I had a perfumery that is still running in Giza till now. I totally feel angry as I respect perfuming as a "fine art" more than a business, that's why I never imposed a taste or a style on any person, unless they are willingly sense it and want it.

Yes these people are hustlers and you should never expect to be sold genuine for such a cheap price. Egypt is full of fake products and items but that's the norm, so why bother wasting His time and now saying he's a scammer. Everybody knows when you go to the markets all the stuff is fake

Putting pressure on ppl to buy is bad but some Egyptian sellers used to sell ppl that way thinking it is normal! but you can just ignore and walk away they are not threatening you with a weapon and not gonna steal you money if you do not buy from them
I ended up hating Cairo for the scammers. Been twice, in different years, second time I had the exact same scammer try to take me to his sons/daughters perfume shop, not realising I remembered him from first time until I called him out...he quickly disappeared! They are bloody relentless.

Why you Talk to them or Go with them???? Your mistake!🤫
I like the fact that you don't talk non-stop. It is nice to have breaks to hear the actual sounds of the market. The rubbish in the streets and gutters looks disgusting. There seems to be very few rubbish bins around. I guess people are too lazy to use them, anyway! Lots and lots of colorful and interesting shops and stalls... in a sea of rubbish!

@@KotkotKatkot They pretend its real flower oil, 100% distilled from the actual flower......but its cheap mineral oil (the kind used for babies' skin) to which they add a chemical scent they buy from china that produces these cheaply in laboratories! I’ve spent like 2 and half hours with an old baba selling parfumes. He even told me how they make parfumes and how they keept it. I’ve liked the guys energy, his stories and the fact that he spent all the time showing me and my wife all kind of stuff. Bought 4x75ml + 250ml of camel milk mix cream with 55€. The stories and the time we’ve spent with him was priceless. I don’t fell scammed. The price I paid it’s big but like I’ve said the time there with this guy was priceless (he even spoke Italian) + the “negotiation” process was nice. First price was 450€ 😂

DO YOU EXPECT TO BUY ORIGINAL oud FOR 50 POUNDS?
The perfume is a copy after Tommy Hilfiger and not tom. The only perfume ever has Tom in its name is "Tom Ford" which is way heavier notes while the Hilfiger is fresher and lighter. Watching this was ironic because back in Egypt I was a perfumer for more than 25 years (Beside my other study and work) and I had a perfumery that is still running in Giza till now. I totally feel angry as I respect perfuming as a "fine art" more than a business, that's why I never imposed a taste or a style on any person, unless they are willingly sense it and want it.
