Al comprar la petición adquieres eso, la petición, para un conocimento más profundo tengo el curso en el que incluyo cómo hacer cuándo lo pides desde fuera y la posibilidad de hacerme preguntas en cada lección. Si no estás en USA, no puedes poner nada de nonimmigrant status. Saludos

I would not be very worried, but I would not quote that part on my cover letter

Thank you for your informative video. I think the problem comes from the dhanasar third prong "on balance it would be beneficial to the US to waive the requirements of a job offer and thus of a labor certification". How do you suggest one argue for the third prong without including labor shortage. maybe a video addressing it might be beneficial.

Hi! At the end of the video I left a screenshot from the policy manual where they discuss how the argument should be made. Prong 3 is the easiest part of the petition, granted you have a solid prong 1 and 2. I already have the explanation in my online course in eb2niw.info and maybe at some point I will make a video here

Hello Oscar, Can you create a course for the Adjustment of Status process (I-485, I-765, I-131, Medical form) only, instead of adding it to the Eb2 course? Some have their I-140s already and are waiting for their priority date to become current. Thanks.

Hi, for now I do not plan to create a standalone course for adjustment of status. The process is relatively simple and I do offer a sample petition with a little ebook that explains the different aspects. The lectures are going to keep being a bonus module for the comprehensive course.

Hi Mr. Oscar, I have a question about the application. In the application instructions for the I-140 form, there are two different addresses provided for submissions from within the United States. However, I could not locate an address specifically for the I-140 form from outside the country. In this case, would it be acceptable to send my application to either of these two addresses? The I-140 package is always sent into the US, no matter where you are (inside or abrad). Just make sure you use the address for UPS/Fedex if you are abroad. Happy new year!

Hello, Oscar, I found your channel today and I'm loving your tips. I just received an RFE. I would really appreciate your detailed insight to help me. My lawyer and I disagree on some facts. I'm extremely hopeless. I realized to her, I was just another number; she didn't treat my case as "my life project" as I explained and made clear. After signing the contract, I had no contact with her, only with her associates. Ten months passed, and I received an RFE. My case was handled carelessly. I would like your help or a recommendation for someone else who could assist me in preparing my RFE myself. Is that possible?

I cannot tell you what will happen with certainty. Green card revocations are not common, but if your actual work is outside your field of endeavor you could have issues once you get into the citizenship path. Consult a lawyer for questions like these.

I would partially agree because of the following reasons: In Prong 3, Urgency of something is also dependent on shortage of it so may use it here Secondly, even if the proposed endeavor is just normal, but your profile as a highly qualified individual having exceptional abilities can't be qualified in normal circumstances due to PERM and lobor requirements use minimum qualification so there is already a provision in guidelines to highlight that fact that if u opted for normal eb2, u will nevere be qualified

Can a person with US masters degree, and top certifications in Cyber security /information security like CISSP and CISA, but no work experience can get a green card in NIW Eb2? can someone please help me i am not getting any info in youtube and no lawyer wants to talk to me without charging money

Hi Oscar. Thank you so much for your video. I am just writing about the labor shortage in my NIW and my case is a little bit different. I am an control automation engineer that have deployed many automation projects across various U.S. industry. I am including labor shortage in my petition to emphasize my work help U.S. manufacturing to tackle this issue in their productions which I think it fits the national interest as many official document have mentioned labor shortage issue in manufacturing. I also emphasize labor shortage is not the reason I got employed. Do you think this is a valid argument? I really appreciate your feedback. Thanks!!

Hi! I already said what I needed in the video. I don't recommend mentioning labor shortage as a way to justify your hiring. Now, if the endeavor tackles sortages of workers (via automation or others) I think a case can be made, yes. But be sure to really explain it well

I would need to watch the entire video, but I don't think he is letting people to write their endeavour about Labor shortage, but I understand a lot of people would include it into their proposal if he listen this type of advice.
