Agree bought one Variant. Hazmat for 1200 gold. Use her in a troll deck that is one of my fun decks isn't competitive but I have loads more fun than playing meta decks with it. Gold well spent...? Absolutely not, but it's a cool card for a deck I personally enjoy.

I agree, don’t spend gold on variants …. However! If you have one or two favorite cards you always seem to use, consider buying a cool variant you know you’ll spend those boosters on. It really sucks to “have” to waste boosters on the vanilla base version, or it has for me

I Just use my Gold in variantes now you get alot of tokens like in a mounth and a half um can get a série 5 Card so 3 mounths you already have thanos and galactus or any big bad you want

I'm in the same boat you are, roughly the same CL and couldn't agree more. I've never spent gold on variants as much as I've wanted to. Mainly because there's always a chance to get one in a cache and, at this point, I'm just trying to get Pool 3 complete (I'm 7 away!) Congrats again on the 1K subscribers and I'm looking forward to seeing your channel grow.

I 100% agree. Im also close to finishing s3 but cant fathom spending gold on variants because you lose valuable resources. Cant wait to be s3 complete tho then Ill be wasting all my gs there lol

Ive never been able to buy the bundles with gold except the token tuesdays. And ive hit infinite every month since ive got the game. Just not enough gold. Though first month i did spend all my gold on refreshing missions as i didnt know better.

Nebula season about to begin. I forsee storm and prof x decks everwhere early. Control is the best way to maximize Nebula. May see guardians some. She really fits in any deck.

I love some variants so much I think about it for a second. But i need progression. Once I get most all the cards I want and I get an obscene amount of gold I can consider them. Otherwise they will be a pipe dream

Drac does have some amazing ones

I barely care about the variants and I barely use them because I feel like it is out of place when you only use one variant in your deck and the rest is the default. So it is much better for me that all of them are in default skin.

I tend to try to focus on one per card but I can see how some people LOVE them and others could care less.

Never bought a variant from shop. Got all my variants from season passes or caches.

Short version. Snap economy is terrible and everything is ridiculously over priced. Love the game, but gold and variants are too expensive. I guess if people are willing to spend it then they can charge what they do, but thinking the average gamer has $100 a month to dedicate to 1 game is wild.

I'm disgusted with myself that when i first started playing i spent a bunch of gold on these variants.... One i realized that itis just cosmetics and there are cool bundles and stuff, i was so disappointed ☹️ But now i know NEVER EVER BUY THESE!
