Ya you can hear the first guy say Udon Thani twice, a place 1 hours drive away, asking for 500 baht or roughly $15 USD. I get in the moment feeling like people trying to overcharge you when arriving in a new place but should have double checked before posting and titling this video 'scammers'. One guy even offered to drive you for 280 baht or $8 for a 64km journey in private car lol

You just didnt listen. You keep daying city without dsying which one. Udon thani is a city, nong khai maybe big town. Im glad l estched though.
