Can you guys put more vocabulary-related posts with real-life vocabulary (social life, business meetings, culture any other breakdowns) and a brief conversation about how those words work? It would be a fantastic plus. KZread lacks an in-depth and consistent look at that (just shopping, airports, food, etc.) That sucks. Moreover, many English speakers, including teachers frequently say that most of such conversations are not used in real life and sometimes are just AI-generated. Good luck both of you!

After watching their videos, my English is getting worse, not to mention improving. You can never use an indefinite artcle (a, an) with an uncountable noun. This rule applies whether the noun is preceded by an adjective or not. WRONG: There was a happiness when they announced the winners. There was a great happiness when they announced the winners. CORRECT: There was happiness when they announced the winners. There was great happiness when they announced the winners. WRONG: They prefer a milk to a water. They prefer a hot milk to a cold water. CORRECT: They prefer milk to water. They prefer hot milk to cold water.

You cannot use indefinite articles with uncountable nouns. That goes for countable nouns. For instance, you can't say " I have a money." It's just " I have money. ( No article at all. ) However, if you're referring to a certain amount of money, if that noun ( money, in this case ) is specified, or had already been discussed, then you do need the use the definite article " The" So, in that case it would be " I have the money." Hope this heps a lot .

Kevin, please make some videos on the mistakes of the Indian teachers. They claim to be teaching correct pronunciation and accent but actually pronounce 90% wrong. Please make some videos so that we can learn from their mistakes as well.

Kevin and Liza make no claim to be experts on or even to have knowledge about the English spoken in the other anglophone regions of the world, besides the USA. The English of the Indian subcontinent (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka) is not the English of the USA, but what is referred to as World English (also British English or Commonwealth English (or, indeed, Indian English, with respect to local dialects)). This is the English standard that is taught in schools and used in the publishing and media industries, in government and official publications, and in legislation and the law courts in Malaysia, Singapore, China Hong Kong, the West Indies, Guyana, Belize, Nigeria, South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Tanzania, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the UK, Ghana, Sierra Leone, the Seychelles, Cyprus, Malta, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and quite a few other countries.
