I am so glad you are here because today we are talking about planner burn out and how I balance a sustainable productivity system in my notebook. No matter what kind/brand of planner you use, knowing where your habits fall on the stress spectrum can be super valuable when you are trying to prioritize what needs to be done in your book. I always aim to have my hobonichi cousin be a sustainable resource when it comes to productivity and with these tips, I hope you can feel the same!

This is such an important topic for the community! I’m committing to several planners this year and I want to stick with them but understanding burnout will be really important to that success. Thank you so much for this!

Would you entertain the idea of making an Etsy store and listing a sticker pack for journaling? I really love your drawings and would to incorporate them into my journal

That's a great idea! I would have to look more into it but would love to do that in the future.

This is such an interesting video and it shows how different everyone’s planner journey is. The first thing I noticed was my scale was the complete opposite to mine! My burnout has always been too many planners, I get anxious when I have half finished planners so now I have 1 dated and everything else is undated now 😅

Thank you so much! Too many planners is such a common one I think so it’s genius that you moved to undated for your others!

Thank you again for another great video! I went through MAJOR planner burnout last year, and after experimenting with different styles of planners I finally made my way over to Hobonichi and I am LOVING my Weeks Mega. My goal for this year was to keep my planning system simple, and I've finally figured out what works for that.

Can you talk more about how you gamify your tasks because that sounds nice to my adhd brain but i cant see very clear how you did it because of the quality of the video. (Or i dunno. My app is updated and ive watched more than one of your videos. Is the quality in this worse?❤️Sorry)

Thank you! I will definitely try and film an updated video on this in the future. I basically just try to make all my productivity tools more “fun”. Using whatever methods in my book to give me the biggest dopamine rush to increase my desire to do them etc. I’m not too sure about the quality issue, it’s probably something wrong on my end! I will try to film a better one in the future 🩷 I’m glad all the videos have been interesting for you! I appreciate all your feedback

Thank you, that makes sense! Im excited to see if you make that video later though. Anything to make things more fun for this brain makes things more likely to happen. No worries, i watch on a small screen though so it might be me 😄
