"Children place is lifted almost everywhere" - This part seems to suggest that Covid-19 restrictions related to children's places or facilities have been lifted in most places they've visited. It could mean that children's facilities, such as playgrounds or parks, are open and accessible without many COVID-19 restrictions. However, there is indeed a slight mistake here: "Children place is lifted" should be rephrased as "Restrictions on children's places have been lifted" or "Children's facilities are open."
