సార్ నాకు టోటల్ హిప్ రీప్లేసెమెంట్ చేసుకుని 15 సంవత్సరాలు అయ్యింది. నేను సర్జరీకి ముందు 10 అడుగులు నడవడానికి 20 నిమిషాలు విపరీతమైన నొప్పితో నడిచేవాడిని. నేను రహేమాటయిడ్ అరిత్రిటీస్ వాళ్ళ నాకు టుంటి కీలు అరిగిపోయింది. కానీ నేను కాస్త స్ట్రైన్ అయినప్పుడు అప్పుడప్పుడు పెయిన్ వచ్చినప్పుడు డాక్టరగారి దగ్గరికి వెళ్ళినప్పుడు జాయింట్ బాగుందని చెప్పారు. ఎక్కువ స్ట్రైన్ తీసుకోడం కానీ చేయడంలేదు. కానీ ఆశ్చర్యం ఏంటంటే నా హిప్ జాయింట్ లో ఎటువంటి నూతన కానీ బోల్ట్ కానీ లేదు. కాకపొటే డాక్టరగారు ఒక విషయం నాకు చెప్పారు పడుకునేటప్పుడు పక్కకు పడుకున్నప్పుడు 2 దిండ్ల గ్యాప్తొడల మధ్య పెట్టుకోమన్నారు. ఒక్కొక్కసారి ఎప్పుడైనా నిద్రలో మరిచిపోటే నొప్పివస్తుంది ఇబ్బందిగా ఉంటుంది. దాని తర్వాత ఇప్పుడు బాగున్నాను. స్కూటీ కూడా డ్రైవ్ చేస్తాను నేను. కానీ అప్పుడు ఆ ఇంప్లంట్ లైఫ్ 12 సంవత్సరాలు అని చెప్పారు. కానీ ఆ టైం నేను దాటిపూయాను. కానీ నాకు తెలిసి ఇప్పుడు 30 సంవత్సరాలు వచ్చే ఇంప్లంట్స్ కూడా వచ్చాయి అని విన్నాను. కానీ ఎప్పుడైనా ఎక్కువ పని చేస్తే తప్ప నొప్పి నాకు రాదు. అంటే కాదు నాకు 2 కణీ రీప్లేసెమెంట్స్, 1 షోల్డర్ ఆర్థోప్లేస్తుంటే కూడా జరిగాయి. నా పనులు నేను చేసుకుంటున్నాను. ఇది అంట నేను ఎందుకు చెబుతున్నాను అంటే మీకు సమస్య ఎక్కువగా ఉంటే డాక్టర్ సలహా ప్రకారం అవసరం ఐతే చేసుకోండి. మానసికంగా ధైర్యంగా ఉండండి. ఇబ్బంది పడే వారికి నేను ఇచ్చే సలహా. ఇది నా అనుభవంతో చెబుతున్నాను.
