I like the idea of ai tracking but the limitation is there is no way to adjust the AI "framing". It keeps the face in the center of the frame which (in my opinion ) looks bad on screen. I'd like to set the framing using the rule of thirds so there is less head space at the top of the frame. If they fix this it will be awesome

This is a very good and affordable option, and it does well with low light and has AI features.

The box is most likely only in demo mode

Can you do a video comparing auto tracking like you did with your best PTZ camera video? You've had several cameras that have auto tracking before (4k FoMaKo is another), but I'd love those to be compared to see which one works best.

How would this camera compare with the SMTAV cameras you installed at our church? Will it mix and match if I added it to the system you setup? Thinking of replacing the static camera camera with another PTZ.

You wouldn't notice the difference. They use the same sensor so the quality would be the same

Hi Ajay. Could you recommend a ceiling mount for the AV-CM20? I have seen come "universal" ones, but most of them are for cameras with round bases. Also, do you use shielded network cable for poe, or is unshielded acceptable as well? Thanks for all the great videos. I know a lot of ptz cameras are essentially the same, however the support from AVKANS is the best of all we've tried and are usually available through Amazon in Canada, unlike some other brands, which helps a lot.

Who frames a one shot with the person's head center frame? Can you set tracking to frame the shot properly?

Is there a way to connect to the CMS software without being on a network? I am using a capture card HDMI to USB.

No that won't work as the CMS software is for connecting over a network only

@AJaytheCEO Where do you get the firmware update, the Camera CMS software won't connect to my camera, and it needs a .img file to do this, but I can't find it.

Too bad I'm not on Facebook for that draw. :-( What I never see with these tracking cameras is how to adjust the headroom over the talent. The shot that the camera gives is not usable, in my opinion. Gilles

Not sure I like the Auto Track. I was getting a little motion sickness watching this video. In theory it would be awesome for those preachers that like to wonder all over the platform, but I wonder if it would give some viewers motion sickness like me.
