Absolutely Brilliant Song. These guys just keep getting better and better in EVERY FACET. I've seen them 4 times already this year, and I can't wait to make it 5! Seriously, GO SEE THIS BAND NOW.

Saw these guys twice in Dallas and thought they were the best live act I've ever seen. They put everything they have into their music...my favorite band is Kings of Leon but the Avett Bros live act is a tad better I must say.

i 100% agree. i have seen them 11 times now, and the last two (this summer) i felt like something was missing. maybe its just me, because my father enjoyed them, but i felt like there wasn't that energy or power... something was missing

I think it's referring to the love that "people" say you make, kinda like asking if what the people said was a lie about the love you make. Though it really doesn't matter, this song is still Amazing in every way
