I love seeing your take on this game! Thanks so much for playing! FYI, you can pick up more than 1 seed packet at a time. And, you can also hold the orb carrier in your hand and pick up things that are alike. Makes it easier than transferring say, ore/stone, into it one at a time. #5 key is your teleporter, and you can click it to get your orb (filled or not) or other things, to come to you wherever you are. Saves you having to go find it.

You are the best!

You can break down things to move them around as you suspected. The warning though is to make sure that you take any resources out of whatever you are moving. Otherwise you will lose whatever is stored in the equipment. If I need to move anything I'll use the machine until it is empty of resources then I'll move it.
