Aventon E-Bike Customer Service | An Honest Review | Bedding Brakes???

In this video I discuss the experience I had with Aventon customer service regarding a brake issue I had. The brakes didn't perform out of the box the way I thought they should, but some of the problem I think was my own user error. Regardless, Aventon took care of me like champs

The age thing is so true. I didn't think I would be in a ebike at my age but I'm having fun. It took a while to get a custom to traffic. I ride with eye catching colors. Thank you for sharing. Ride On!

I am having fun as well! It really has surprised me, the level at which I really enjoy riding ebikes. They're just so much fun. I don't think I'll ever get used to riding in traffic, my head is on a swivel the whole time, scanning and paying attention to traffic in front and behind. It's nerve racking for sure. But, thankfully, the portion of my commute that is on city streets is pretty short. Only about 2 miles of busy streets.

I can't get through to customer service I tried four times twice they cut me on hold for over an hour and three times today I called and their customer service line is down. I need to contact a customer ID number so I can see where my warranty is. I'm having problems with my bike taking off slowing way down

I recently turned 69 years young and purchased the Aventon Adventure 2 for exercise and enjoyment. Since my last time on an ebike was when I crashed and busted my leg open I have been cautious and not unlocked my bike yet. Once I get used to riding it I will unlock it when I'm confident that I can operate safely. Great info and video by the way. Be safe and enjoy.

Thanks for the kind words! These things are a ton of fun, but at the same time, it’s hard to have fun when we are busted up. Making sure the bikes are performing to spec, and respecting the power they have is key for being as safe as one can be on two wheels. Glad you are back out there, and having fun again. Happy riding!
