I would think that the spell wouldn't affect those who passed on before it was made which means if anyone who knew who Peter was before the spell came back alive they would remember him. But that's just my theory. Also I think Steve and Natasha would have known who Peter because Tony probably would have told them after the first snap and whatnot. But who knows lol

If you do not see the problem with white-washing characters, you are truly just a little kid trying to sound and act tough when you really have no idea of problems that are going on in the real world.
