Shadows voice gives me shivers every damn time and the guitars are almost hypnotic! You are my all-time favourite band and me and my wife attends every concert we can! First time was at Metaltown in Gothenburg and I don't think we have missed a show in Sweden since! Hopefully it won't be long until the next time!

I'm going to be 69 in a couple of weeks. Recently discovered A7X also. This song is on the recently re-released album, Diamonds In The Rough, which is a great album. Equal or better than Hail To The King. Both awesome though. 😆✌

I remember when my friend my died Sept 1st 2013 ,it was a almost 2 weeks after avenged sevenfold released hail to the king and I remembered the first time I heard st James it was the day after he died. And the song hit me hard, for one his middle name was James even tho I knew the song is about the rev. But in a away I felt the song was for him to and I was obsessed with that song the rest of 2013 . Avenged do has some deep ass songs and sometimes you don't understand them until you lost someone you care about it and have been through depression.

I always have negative thoughts and can't sleep for longer then 2 hours at a time,iwake up and think about negative shit and what I havent become..on top of that I have extremely vivid dreams so even when i wake up im still tired. i forgot to mention it takes me hours to fall asleep. You definitely should check Dream Theater. You'll enjoy songs about real-life stories like The Count of Tuscany and A Nightmare to Remember. Scenes from a Memory is a fascinating concept album with a great history, one of the best concept albums of all time. Images and Words is also a great album to start with. Dream Theater is one of A7X biggest influences.

I wish I could feel that feeling every day, when I can hear a new A7X song. Pure happiness.

I had trouble finding this but omg I am so happy, this is the first release since my Dad passed away and we loved you guys and we were going to come see you guys in Texas and Houston Open Air but it got canceled cause of weather and I am too young to go into the bar you guys played in. But I promise to him I'm going to see you guys in his honor, I dont know how or when but I'm gonna do it for my Dad. This couldn't have been a better surprise and it has me really emotional cause of the lyrics and like I said My Dad passed and it's like a sign from him. I will forever love you guys! My dad passed on 12/22/18 my friend. I can totally relate, we have been to many shows together and there's a few that we never got to see, so it's our duty to finish the father/son band live show bucket list, lol!! Peace my friend and may our fathers forever rest in peace.

Just a great song, my fiancee passed away last May and A7X was one of his fav bands and he loved "The Rev'. I listened to this song after he passed away and have so many times since. It somehow fits me losing him :( ADDICTION IS REAL!!!
