Just incredible. They delivered a movie that lived 100% in their heads and hearts. Running around that sterile room in suits, the level of emotion and presence they delivered when they had ZERO setting, almost ZERO costuming, and all the equipment interfering between the actors’ faces… It’s just incredible. Other situations, you can feel your character can come alive once you put that costume on or step on that fully decorated set. By contrast this movie was fully carried in the imaginations of the cast & team. The amount of focus and presence this required is just so impressive.

This has probably got to be one of the hardest things these actors have had to do. Being in a stage room is one thing, but to have to do that for most scenes not knowing the full scale of what their movie environment will look like is another. These actors had to put so much effort into every movement, reaction and expression, and it still boggles my mind. The second movie will definitely be full of more surprises! ☺️

I was only a child when i saw this movie. Yes probs not a good age to watch it but i remembered thinking other kids would probably make fun of the way she showed how emotional she was but it was truly overwhelming to see how they portrayed their characters. Seeing it again, things havent changed and i still find this a great movie

This is the pinnacle of filmmaking and the visual arts in my opinion. If you think about all the work and moving parts it took to get this production finished.. it’s just amazing this movie even exists if you think about it.

It's honestly amazing what you can do when the actors enjoy what they do. Just being in a room with mocap gear on, and yet still giving their all to their performances, knowing what the end result will turn out to be. Thank you James Cameron for making your dreams a reality. So excited for the other 3 movies.

the actors are incredible, they manage to make us believe that things are real when there is nothing, just a setting. We get to feel their acting and emotions while there is a team behind them that helps them in their work. I loved seeing behind the scenes and how this film was made although it breaks the magic
