But it uses virus detentions which need to be regularly updated for it to pick the threat up, if the threat isn't on the defenition then the antivirus won't pick it up. However, if u were to use a proper anti malware program it may have a better chance of picking it up becuase it has much more threats it can pick up and isn't just limited to the more well known threats (yes, anti malware and antivirus are two different things, I didn't know that until I took my qualificationl
