Many houses should also include double wode refrigerators as well as extra pantries and indoor pools
Been watching all of your videos! Currently, I live in Indiana. I am a real estate investor trying to transition to Florida. Plan on moving in January. Close to Orlando, or possibly in Orlando. Thanks for the content and help!

What cost the association fee per year? Beside the lawn, does the association fee including the clean up inside the house?? Can you pick you own furniture or they have to sell the furniture for you to match the theme? Does the house has garage??

That One Guy With A Moustache most I’ve shot here are sold, but there’s quite a few still available!
Still searching for the perfect disney home. Someplace meant for millineals where its not too warm. The retirement reputation of florida bothers me. The it the best property I've seen yet although I expect modern castles or just plain luxe,classt and modern.

It is a shame Disney decided to go the "Premium" housing route. This could have been a long term, vibrant middle class community. Instead it is not a community. It is a collection of rarely used vacation homes for the Ultra-Wealthy

Celebration is the neighborhood you’re looking for. Surprisingly 50% if the Golden oak owners live there full time.
