Lovely home, but for such a large home I’m surprised the pantry is quite tiny as is both closets in master bedroom.

The plan is based on a single story, the Avalon I at 2,500 sf. We do have options to eliminate the Tub in the primary bedroom and make the closet space much larger. One of our best selling plans though. Thanks for the comment!

Nice video! As a reference since base price changes almost daily. About how much did they spend on the upgrades for this house including lot premium? Thanks!

Thanks!! Unfortunately, I don't have that information any longer as it was quite a while ago that it closed and once closed it is removed from our system. We don't build with Stucco any longer either.

@@brantbrice2551 Thanks for the quick reply. I meant interior upgrades. Trying to set expectation for my self on base price plus upgrades. It would make it easy for me to guage what base price should I be loooking at. This house has good options incouded. This would be a good reference point.
