The blue was prettier outside. The red paint inside is ugly. The unpainted woodwork upstairs is beautiful. Too bad the rest of the woodwork has the paint.

This is a good house. Floor plan is good, All rooms except the kitchen are a good size. Plenty closet/storage (except in the kitchen), basement has great lighting ,just needs a deep cleaning & turned into a hang out spot. Looks like a quiet neighborhood & I love that there is actually space between it and neighbors. Views are great. I like this one!!!

I agree the blue on the outside is prettier that red is ugly inside and you.shoulr clean all that mess up before showing. I would have stripped those floors and redone them they could be very pretty.

Beautiful old home. I'd have to strip all the wood floors and finish them. Everything needs a new paint. The ceilings need to have the texture removed. As stunning as the windows are - they need to be replaced. Heating costs would be outrageous. Curious - do people in this neck of the woods not like fences? I'd put a fence asap - especially having that ally on the one side of the house. Again, it's a beautiful old house that does need some restoration work.

The house appears to have good bones and charm. Unfortunately, the charm and character aren’t visible with all the trash present. The paint colors are not cohesive inside and outside. An experienced designer is desperately needed to reveal the charm and character. Design needs to be part of your business model.

I would think it far better to sand " ALL" The floors in the house and restain them...Painting is trash !

I would offer 50K. The whole inside needs to be redone. Is the place on town/city septic and water? What is the condition of the roof and furnace? Replacing/repairing well and septic can cost at least 30K. Is the outside going to be professional repainted?

That house is NOT clean. Why is all that junk in the home? It needs to be dumped. No way has any electric been updated, not with those push button electric wall switch at the top of the stairs.
