Ava literally saved me from my anxiety after I experienced a heartbreak right before Christmas time with the song "Million Dollar Baby". And I could feel the sonic sadness in that record but hey, I think she's right, you do grow stronger after a break up.

What ava said is so true cause after a heartbreak it changes everything about yourself. And I can't wait for Kelly's new album!

I love how Kelly Clarckson is great at everything she does...incredible vocalist...and beyonde incredible host and interviewer...i dont want to say anything against the Jimmys but Kelly just creates a good environment for some real conversations and not just a space for a man to show that he's made it to the tonight show...and feels entitled. Good talk about processing and writing musical lyrics. ADHD, I thought so. Thank you for sharing. I don't judge. Good topic to talk about. I was told I had ADHD and the symptoms are similar to PTSD. I have been diagnosed with CPTSD. Sometimes you dont know you have ADD or ADHD, the only way is to take the medicine to see if it works. I cannot take the medicines it takes me to a dark place after 2 to 3 months. In my 30's, I had to match my face with how I was feeling. Disconnected from my feelings. With AMAC survivors this is common. Working on matching, your feelings with your face. Takes cognitive therapy to change behaviors. Also, I believe I had an undiagnosed head injury at a baby toddler stage. I have had two major head concussions from car crashes as an adult. Lots of shaking up the brain. At college, I have to be in a room taking a test by myself. A person sneeze, cough, a fart in class. whatever distracts me. It takes everything I have to be around people, places and things. I absorb the energy in the room. I don't have a clock in my house because of the ticking sound. If the refrigerator gets loud, I have unplugged it to sleep. Im a sensitive, and Indigo child some say. I must sage, take a salt bath, pray and mediate while visiting around people., places and things. I could go all day. We are not made to go all day as humans. First time, Ive taken Prozac for 2 years now. I had a neighbor wanting to physically fight me in the streets because Iam trans. Lots of people acting out in hate in 2020. Also, I believe I met my love of my life in 2020. Sweet and bitter. Ms. Kelly how does ADHD affect you and your processing music? What are your ways of helping yourself become successful?
