Auxbeam was kind enough to send us these lights to take for a little off-road test.
These are their 3" 96W 9600 Lumen LED Pod Lights. We found that the amber mode works great for dusty conditions, the white light works good for unobstructed lighting, and the strobe features worked great for getting someones attention.
The ability to have 6 different modes and two different styles of lighting within one casing, really takes away the need for excessive lights on your vehicle. While they may not be optimal for serious off-road night time racing, they would still be an excellent choice of light for most weekend warriors or off-road enthusiasts.
