I made these on Friday! Sooo good. I did use almond flour instead of all purpose flour and they were very very thin BUT still chewy and amazing too. Thank you for the recipe!

It could be that you overpacked your flour!
Do you think making the dough the night before and keeping it in the fridge would be fine? Then rolling and baking it the next day? Trying to time all my thanksgivings dishes and these need to be the dessert with vanilla ice cream!
