I love how both these doctors do not stop searching for what is the problem behind the chief complaint. All doctors I have ever seen just shrug off any health issues that are not easy to solve.

Speaking about the gut biome, ( I am unvaxxed ) when I had Omicron last February, it really affected my stomach, like it was a stomach flu...Coudn't eat, felt nauseous and....I got Candida over- growth because my tongue which was normally healthy and pink, turned a fuzzy white. So shocking to see that! It reminded me of back in the 80's when AIDS was happening, a number of AIDS patients had this same kind of acute oral thrush issue. When I tried to eat a spoonful of organic yogurt, some immediate biological reaction occurred and the yogurt immediately changed into a gelatinous glob, like wall-paper paste! Had to spit it out...That was so weird...For a few months after this Omicron, my gut felt strange, so it has been my main healing focus and finally now feeling mostly back to normal...

Currently 7th day positive myself. Immediately took Loofeymectin, Symptoms disappeared immediately. Felt perfectly good the second day, continued for two more days. On the 3rd day nerve pains wandering through the body set in. Had to start with Valaciclovir, as I started with 2 blisters in my mouth. Then it started to get better gradually, but I feel still tired. Anosmia kicked also in on 3rd day. It still stays the same until today. I feel, that it is in my CNS and raging still… more anxiety, feeling bad when eyes move quickly, regulation of vasoconstriction is crap and blood pressure is up and down (usually low). I can 100% agree your reporting and explanations!! ❤❤❤

I am a victim of this for 14 years now that I had to learn on my own, create my own remedies and managing as it followed a major fall. If I were you, immediately work on DETOX: I would take for 12 days 8grams of Hi-dose vitamin C per day morning half. sip slowly 15min apart so get maximum absorption. Take 4000iu D3 twice daily. Magnesium oxide (bathing salt) 1-2gram 3 times a day. This with induce diarrhea 2-4times a day and bring out residue of inflammation around the CNS, or largely parasympathetic and sympathetic nerves and ligaments and muscles that are the likely reason for vasoconstrictions. FASTING: with this start 18hour fasting. 7pm dinner. next meal 1pm next day. When feeling hungry take 1-2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar in warm water. That will cut out acid in stomach and hunger. Zero fat, no milk and Zero carb for 18hrs. Buy coconut water and drink 1 litre every morning session while empty stomach. 1st meal at 1pm try only vegetables and unsweet less ripen fruits, soup etc. Then eat whatever and as many times as wish until 7pm. This will force out the drying inflammation from becoming permanent as it will start harvesting those ones throughout the body first in excessing reserves. If you do not do this, then more likely to become long hauler.

That’s the reason I didn’t get the jab (not actually a vaccine), because I am so afraid of tinnitus side effect (with and without exposure to covid, but seemingly to me much more present in the jabbed population) and not being able to get treated/ compensated because I signed away my rights before I took the jab. Man, I got covid, it was only a headache for a day, I recovered quickly, every day more convinced I made the wise choice for an in-shape middle aged adult. Risk/benefit is all that ever matters with medications!

Yes, I am diagnosed with dysautonomia many years ago. I have had many episodes of high blood pressure upon standing. Low BP when lying down. Also, tinnitus, bladder, bowel dysfunction, sleep issues, blood sugar instability, etc. Digestive issues - yeah - unusual colon attachment - possible malrotation/ malattachment. Got Covid last January and it caused exacerbation of everything initially. But the cause of my dysautonomia is a Chiari 0 - high intracranial pressure due to abnormal CSF drainage. Expert neurosurgeon did a CINE MRI and extended neuro exam - plus measured my posterior fossa, etc. I also have a positive ANA, and various indicators of inflammation. What you are describing is classic for the “ fibromyalgia/ chronic fatigue “ people prior to Covid. I led large support group 13 years. ( old clinical microbiologist here) Thank you for your important “ deep dive” into this important topic. SUMMARY: are these long Covid and vax injured suffering from high intracranial pressure due to inflammation that interrupts normal spinal fluid drainage from the brain to the cervical canal ?

Since having Covid last February, which was mostly like encephalitis ( head, neck and upper back severe burning nerve pain and inflammation) I have now have POTS, must wear a neck brace on bad days, tinnitus, tachycardia etc. I feel better when I do Vagus nerve massage and sound frequency therapies, but am thinking my cervical instability is more serious than that. I plan to try Chiropractic therapy focusing on this cervical instability and hope to get some relief...

I think so with your summary question. I had LC from catching it in March of 2020. The main symptom was never ending migraines. They stopped and I felt almost normal by September of that year. Then, I got the vaccine. The second shot was the one that hurt me in April of 2021. It was a completely different monster. Much worse and scarier. Multiple symptoms, but the worst was the nuerological symptoms. Horrible brain fog with extreme difficulty in finding simple words. Horrible migraines that lasted two weeks before they gave way to a dizzy spell that lasted three months and two weeks. Every single second of every single one of those days. Extremely hard, Ridgid, sore, and stiff muscles in my neck and shoulders. I bought a neck massager and it really helped. A constant medicine head feeling. A weird wetness in my ears. Bloodwork was fine. My doctor could not find anything known that would be causing it. But it lasted and lasted until I found a doctor at FLCCC to treat me. Finally, Fluvoxamine stopped the dizzy spell. It "downgraded" into a severe migraines that lasted a whole day and my temple was sore for a few days after. But my dizzy spell was broken. Thank you, Jesus. It felt like what I would assume encephalitis would feel like. Definitely some type of inflammation. Antibiotics, steroids, and Ivermectin did nothing to touch it. And those are just the nuerological symptoms. I had several other things with heart, lungs, muscles, numbness, etc. But the head stuff was the worst. It also scared me so bad that I had several anxiety attacks, which I had never had before in my life. I still have symptoms, but I do feel much better and have never reverted back to that level of dizziness since. I have frequent headaches though, and I can only remember having two bad headaches in my life before the LC. It was a weird bodywide state of constant inflammation. I honestly thought I was going to die, along with my mom telling me the vaccine was going to kill me on a daily basis. If you are antivaxx, then stop telling people they are going to die. It isn't helpful and it isn't true. 80 percent of the US population is vaccinated. If we were all dying, folks would be falling out of the windows in every hospital across the nation. It is also worth mentioning that I am the only one out of everyone I know that got vaccinated, every person I work with and several friends and family, that had any sort of bad reaction. Some were a little run down feeling after their second shot for a day or so, but none had anything like what happened to me. Just sayin.

I just realized, when the nurse I work with had Covid but was "cleared" to go back to work, actually meant she was still positive on her test, but was "cleared" to go back to work, and she wore her mask below her chin, and for the 1st time I got Covid. We share an office, with no windows/ventilation and the door is usually closed due to HIPAA. When I worked at a facility (prior to my vaccine injuries) I worked on a Covid floor and never got Covid.

After watching a new (mid-March 2023) interview on Amanpour and Company channel about long COVID, then KZread suggested your video to me. And since I've been a big fan of Dr Mobeen, I started watching. I don't really have medical training, but usually Drbeen's teaching is so clear and so simply explained that I can usually follow. Unfortunately, much of this video was above my level of understanding about physiology so I will definitely need to watch it again at some point. However, I still learned a lot from watching the whole thing! (Especially right near the end when you talked about methylene blue. I had heard this name but didn't know anything about it so I really appreciated getting more informed on that) I just wanted to add a comment to the discussion about what causes joint and muscle pain. I know you both mentioned quite a few contributing factors but I was surprised you didn't mention the possibility of connection with histamine overload. I heard this several months ago watching a YT video from Dr. Mark Hyman's podcast; I think the episode title was something about root causes of thyroid problems but he and his guest also talked quite a bit about histamine intolerance and about MCAS. Among the many and varied symptoms they mentioned was that histamine and MCAS can be a primary cause of joint and muscle pain (or fibromyalgia). They also explained that the body typically dumps out all the remaining histamine in the bloodstream that hasn't been cleared up thru other response factors and it does this histamine dump around 3:00 a.m. in preparation for some next phase of nightly detox and clean-up. That was incredibly helpful to me since I had been frequently waking up around 3am and then being unable to get back to sleep, in part because of aching muscles and joints while lying in bed - pains that rarely bother me during the day. While watching your video, I noticed a lot of comments in the live chat panel about fibromyalgia and I wanted to mention something from my experience that I did not see mentioned there. I struggled with fibromyalgia for many many years. For a long time I thought this was from years of being on synthroid and that even after switching to a natural dessicated thyroid the fibromyalgia did not resolve. But I'm happy to say that getting all my mercury amalgams removed about 12 years ago (and replaced with acrylic and, in some cases, with zirconium crowns) my fibromyalgia disappeared. In retrospect I think that, for me at least, fibromyalgia was mainly caused by toxicity of various kinds, including mercury!

I’ve had supraventricular tachycardia/POTS/hypokalemia/fast HR for no reason/nausea. As I type this I am getting over COVID positive this last week (although I think it’s what I was sick with in Sept 2021 but tests neg) and have all these same “symptoms” appearing again. I just have no help from regular doctors. One symptom that can’t be figured out is upper right quadrant abdominal pains- again all blood work/imaging (minus MRI) remarkable… it’s back and worse line 2021.

I am always curious as to whether long COVID occurs exclusively among those who did not receive early treatment. Among my circle of family and friends, everyone had COVID (diff. variants), all took ivy or hydro immediately, not a single person had anything remotely similar to long COVID. That's 20+ people aged 16-87, 3/4 never took a shot, varying physical/medical condition and ethnicity, all variants of SARS-CoV2. What's your experience?

Great discussion! Learned so much. I have Ehlors Danlos hyper mobility syndrome, POTS, and histamine sensitivity and, thankfully, these did not worsen after one J & J vax and 2 bouts of Covid. So much of the discussion was of great interest to me. My rheumatologist put me on LDN which has helped immensely, also Quercetin and very dose Mirtazapine, the latter which, with the addition of a little daily psyllium husk, almost immediately eliminated my chronic diarrhea predominant IBS. He also recommended methylfolate, B12 and magnesium. I have the MTHFR gene deletion, too! So I could relate to so much of the information you presented. Thank you both so much for your experience, insight and fascinating discussion tonight.

For those with MCAS symptoms following disease, mine got better with antihistamines, low histamine diet and supplements. I wonder if the composition of Ivermectin was changed so that it is not as effective. Also, I noticed that if I drank too much coffee - maybe it was the sugar or the caffeine - I would develop tinnitus. When I stopped the coffee and sugar, the tinnitus would go away. Noticeably, I don't have the problem when I drink decaf or when I use raw unfiltered honey or organic sugar.

I think you are right about the caffeine and sugar. I am not vaccinated and have never had covid. I do, however, have idiopathic neuropathy which I have had for years with no known cause. Neuropathy is a nerve disorder and anything I come in contact with (like caffeine and sugar) that stimulate the nervous system will cause me to have tinnitus if I have eaten too much of it. I drink only decaf coffee now and it does not cause the tinnitus.
