Robotics can free people from repetitive, monotonous or dangerous work in the near future. So far, robots have been a rare sight around people but AutoMod - Autonomous and Modular Utility Vehicle concepts in CE project examined whether this could change.
Druing the project, pilots, demos, innovation competitions, and prototypes explored the different aspects of robotics in city.
AutoMod was a joint project of Forum Virium Helsinki, the City of Espoo and Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
