@ventrua for me its always nice to know where to invest my currency next. like profane proxy first, then curse on hit ring + new wand, ... by showcasing your gear you help me with that 👍 (thats what i mostly look for in these "update" videos, since im behind a couple hours of progression anyways)

Any chance you can supplement it with a PoB so we can compare to the original leveling one you provided?

build diaries are allways great. my main issues when trying to follow a guide is struggling with solving certain issues in mid game, and seeing how those are solved by others is always helpfull

Build diaries are great! Would like to see what kind of content you are farming at each stage of the build (including on which map tier).

For the content format i really like Mathils. He uploads 1 video with the build guide when he gets into endgame and another when he is done with the build, usually around 92 to 95 and he has done what he wanted with the character.

I should have checked this build instead of the Maxroll Sab one... I was excited by all the Trickster nodes!

updates are fantastic since the average player will struggle more or a similar amount wherever you struggled so hearing solutions etc from someone thats already been through them is incredibly helpful. same with gearing on zero budget, stuff like oh you could bench craft your res or if you hit x essence or whatever helped you whilst levelling.

Build updates for the early/midgame, showing any mechanical complexities or issues you found with a build/solutions. Then a follow up 'endgame' video showing content you cleared/gear acquisitions/taking the build further. As others have said Mathil landed on this formula and gives a clear arc for where a build started from and where it ended up.

hey just wanted to ask, in pob on wand it says to have either fractured spell damage or crit chance. Today i dropped a ilvl 81 omen wand with fractured global crit multi, so i was wondering if there is a reason why it says for it to be spell damage or crit chance, or if its fine to do it with any of the desired mods fractured.

Please keep doing the build updates. Its awesome to see. love the content. Also, when you stream, think about restreaming to KZread since twitch is blocked at my work, but not YT.

Hey I’m new, brand new to POE. This is my first build! I am currently level 40 and in act 4. I’m a little confused as to what’s happening here? This is a different route to the Hexblast mine trickster build? Sorry for the ignorance. I’m currently using pyroblast and it slaps, however are you throwing max mines here and detonating all at once!?

Help...lol OK so been following your guide (Thanks!) but when I equip the Detonate and Automation then my trigger disappears? From the top of the tool bar like yours. Now I can assign to a key of course. So I throw mines and they just expire and never go off? I dont have the "detonate mines on movement" chosen so not sure whats going on? So I see your Trigger going down are your pressing D or is it automated? My toons name is Bothcilism if you or someone could take a look at it. Thanks all!

Automation should give you a toggle skill (blue hand) that you activate and then your mines go off automatically by themselves. Also for the future, noone can't really find your character without you giving us profile name rather than character name.

Makes sense that the automation support feels better. There is always some latency between sending a signal to the server (left click) and it actually happening. With automation there is no latency at all and it also works while standing still. Do you find yourself switching it off for bosses to get longer detonation chains?

I have just ended up switching to High-Impact mine isntead so the chains don't matter anymore. Blastchain would be more dmg on bosses but I just enjoy this gameplay more

With the despair setup with the balance of terror jewel, can I just click it anywhere on the ground or does it need to hit enemies for it to count?

What’s your thoughts on this Hexblast build vs Exsanguinate miner? I was going for Exsang Trickster but I haven’t seen any explanation comparing the two and how they are different

Hexblast more dmg/easier gearing, exsang nicer clear for legion would be the main difference. Personally, I prefect Hexblast on leaguestart because getting dmg on exsanq might be rough early on but they are both good builds

What curse are you putting in your profane proxy when you get ele weakness on your “on hit” ring?

Flammability if you can use combustion on your bear trap (need either added fire or flat fire roll on ring - specifically ring because dmg to spell or attacks doesn't work afaik) or Frostbitte because you get a little extra freeze duration. Both good choice

Hey, do you think to switch to CI? Would it make trickster tanky?

Diary style is nice as it gives easily digestible chunks of information and we get to see various stages of development (pain points especially). Cool build though. Always resisted mines as I hated the play style and this seems to address it.

P.S. for anyone wondering, I took the center kirac cluster and then went straight to the expedition chance, the big bomb, got Tujen and Rog, the gateway for red altars, now cleaning up center expedition, and trying to decide if I should add legion, harbingers or maybe harvest before finishing and respecing to essences

Wow you weren't kidding about automation. I had been playing with detonate mines on space bar, which is comfortable enough, but detonate mines automation seems to be detonating them instantly. Combined with the hexblast targeting its so smooth!

Why not use trigger mine on move? Current pob?

automate + detonate mines = mines becoming spells is how it feels. no more clunkyness.

I tried with just Dreadarc and I couldn’t tell if it was the mines being destroyed or no second curse wasting procs - but just the one curse onhit with minefield has felt smooth / better than Pyroclasm (with 0 previous hexblast skill/ build experience though)

Yes, I actually intially made it for sanctum but I ended up having too much fun mapping, that said 2 leagues ago I spent days in Sanctum as Trickster Hexblast and it was insane

Not sure why you would feel baited, CoC DD is also extremely strong and I will probably be playing it as my next build

I prefer the leftclick. the mastery feels utterly horrible. just doesnt work right. automation is okay. i run the poison variant of hexblast mines.

Its so bad to detonate your mines constantly. You want to have all your mines down then start then throw more. You're actively halving your damage by constantly detonating. Use the mastery instead, its great

But hexblast doesn’t trigger unless there is a enemy rear by. Unlike other mines. Hexblast needs to sense the mob has hex or not. They won’t just trigger

If you throw the mines at an enemy they'll detonate as soon as they land, which results in a lot less damage because it breaks the chain@@Eqnotalent
