Main technical performance:
Improves production efficiency, saves labor and reduces cost , and suitable for batch processing of shrimp peeling;
Modern and compact design with rational construction. Smallest floor place usage, but largest production capacity;

    I'm still confused as to how are they de-veined like they're sold in grocery stores. Thirty years ago my mom, just a block off the gulf in Treasure Island, would have a jar of local gulf shrimp she cooked in Old Bay seasoning ready for me. Today's shrimp are nothing like it. She de-veined them so ready to eat. It seems shrimp here in SE Alabama are also de-veined. I asked the fish guy at Publix and he said he doesn't know how that's done (obviously that happens before him).

    it's amazing how it peels the shell - it applies pressure in a twisting motion, just like a human would do.
