Everybody may know that Pin Header is made up of copper needles(pin contact) and plastic insulator, but not everyone know the production process of it. We put a large number of pins into the vibrating disc of the automatic machine, Pins are arranged automatically into the disc track by the machine's vibration. Insulators are transferred automatically to the machine track to match with the arranged pins. After the pins are fixed into the insulator and make it to set size, the right-angle process is on the way. All these specific operation can be seen clearly in the video. The last operation for pin header's prodcution is incision, but we should ensure the pins have been inserted to its place before this process. That's the function of the press operation before incision.
