I'm genuinely blown away-excellent work!
Okay this is the first exercise I did of yours and I'm in love! I asked the question "I wish to meet the spirit guide closest to me" and tweaked it a bit by just letting my hand do what it wanted. I worked on this for hours and didn't even need to look at the paper and I'm so shocked with what I got!!! Hoping to share the finished product with you soon. I love that this is something I can come back to and build on ❤❤❤

Ummmmmm....
How do you automatic write or automatic draw while still in a meditative state? How do you hold onto the meditative state once you've opened your eyes and moved around to draw? Or is it just about staying present and without thinking too consciously, rather than remaining in trance? Thank you!

Fantastic question! It's not going to be completely like meditating, so its more like holding that trance and not thinking too consciously. The more you do it, the more you start to zone out and it feels meditative (but its not going to be like mediating 100%). You could always close your eyes and write, but you might not be able to read what you wrote later. My "sweet spot" is when my eyes start to relax focus and my focus goes more inward rather than on the page. Honestly the more you practice the more you'll see that difference for yourself. Not everyone will experience it exactly the same!
