@@EXCELDOERS ye code kaam kiya aur save and print bhi hua but mujhe aisa code chahiye jo folder ko banaye usme file save kare, aur agar fir se print command diya jaye to pichle saved files ko replace kar de, saath hi saath ye excel file computer me jis bhi drive me ya pendrive me save ho folder automatically usi jagah bane

Vba works but mac requires different approach in code. Vba macros are usually works best on window

Visual Basic is a case sensitive programming language. You're writing Employeeid instead of EmployeeID and that might be a reason to your problem. Type properly and then try, will it helps.
