Exactly what do you mean. Booleans (difference), for example, at minute 01:19? In this case, you have to select object A which enters object B (which will have the concave shape of object A), open the 'Mesh' window at the top, and in the 'Booleans' section, among the various options, you will find 'Difference' (concave).
