Never heard of the break at point command. I break all the time at work then zero fillit to line for CAM programming purposes. Cant wait to try this tommorow at work. Thanks for posting Brandon!

Only question I have is where does the measure command star measuring from? Can you tell it where to start?

Great question, it starts from one of the ends of the polyline or the start/end of say a closed polygon (point you started drawing the polygon from) of the polyline and will have/leave an un equal measurement at the end, assuming the measurement distance doesn't fit perfectly. When you start the measure command, whichever side of the polyline you click on to select it, the measurements will start from the closest endpoint to where you selected it. hopefully that makes sense, should of mentioned that in the video! So if you have a polyline going across your screen horizontally. If you select the object after typing measure by clicking on the left half of the line, the measuring will start the the left most end of the line, and if you click on the right half of the line when selecting it will start from the right endpoint. Cheers!
