    Now its throwing error incorrect (you can see the issue on the git hub repo of smarkland) login even though credentials are ok

    you must have SSH or FTP or SFTP for your hosting. If not connect with admins of your hosting or change it

    what is "server-dir:" ?? and why it is used there?

    It's used to specify exactly where (location/folder directory) in your server to deploy the changes.
