one thing that stands out in this convo with adrienne maree brown is she is not defensive or overly-apologetic or hugely ashamed of doing something like putting out an audio book on Audible and then finding out it's not accessible to everyone. Just like "oh next time hopefully we find a way that's more accessible!" sometimes the internet+white supremacy has us in this space where if we are not perfectly woke on the first try you get ripped apart and are not an activist and don't know anything and shouldn't speak about anything, but that just paralyzes everyone from doing anything. Because adrienne doesn't expect herself to be perfect she can hear critique that what she's done wasn't perfect for everyone else and make a note to make any legit adjustments, versus being attacked/feeling attacked.
