Thanks Mark, we really are having a great time. Currently at Poniente near Motril which is bringing back memories of March 2020 before the madness!

What a massive difference it makes living in the sun .You should really consider permanently living in the sun .Since you two left it has been mostly wet and raining over here .Have loved everything you have sent . Thanks Susanne, yes we are really enjoying the lovely sunshine. Sadly we are just starting to prepare for our journey back to the UK. Still by the time we get back we hope it’s more spring than winter. The heat during the summer here in Spain gets a bit too much as it is sometimes well above 30 degrees 🔥🔥🔥 Already planning our next trip though - we are so very grateful to be able to travel 👍😀😎

We went to that very bar and had coffee with tapas, on several mornings, across from there was vegetable market stalls. Had a proper Spanish feel to it!!

Lots of good places in Catral- we used to walk through San Filipe to get to Catral. Took an hour but it’s a nice walk 👍😀😎

It's beautiful .So peaceful.Drink it in and thrive ! Enjoy .Be Happy .Wonderful Happy smiling people .! Wet ,windy ,cold and miserable over here including people after latest predictable budget.? By the time you cone back their might be a different Government and What will Change ? You have done the best thing in taking space from the madding crowd allowing yourselves to breath ! Love S x

Thanks so much for your support Susanne. I’ve found that it matters little which Government is in power. Maybe if Labour get in they be true to their word and we will be rid of the 90 day limit in Europe. LOL Having a great time here in Spain but planning the trip back already 😔

looks nice, we love visiting these little Spanish towns and villages too. In the process of planning our Spring trip now, so may spend a few days at this campsite although our main aim is to drive through Portugal to northern Spain. It will be our first time there (Portugal), have you ever ventured that far?

We’ve never made it into Portugal yet. We get down as far as Motril Granada which is where we are right now. We will travel back up the west side of Spain to San Sebastián where we will cross into France and onwards to Calais for the tunnel on 24th March. Have a great trip 👍😀😎
