I can't believe this drone was released in 2016 and still flys! Next on my bucket list is GoPro's Karma DRone! Happy Flying

The Xstar premium is still my favorite gps film drone

Unbelievable, that camera is impressive. I didn't think it was that good, but I will admit. I'm impressed with the video from that drone. Thanks for sharing. 👍👍👍

I definitely like the looks of that remote controller. It takes me back to the old RC days..

Have had my XSP since 2016, flys great and no battery issues. Honestly I don’t fly it as often as my Mavic Pro but will not sell it.

I had the Autel X-Star premium and I had issues with the batteries and Autel just stopped producing them! So I sold it...great job Xavier

I also purchased the Autel X-Star in 2016 and one year later it was discontinued and no batteries to be found. I'm down to two batteries now and I'll probably take it to 400' and power down for a dramatic ending. Autel EVO Lite Plus looks promising, but I doubt if I could trade-in the X-Star.

They all built good and solid drones during that time. Even the phantom 3 pro stills flies great. Shame no one decided to continue making batteries for them. Parts are still available for pumpkin.

I always liked how with Autel you can fly anywhere anytime, other drones get a no fly restriction time to time.

Autel Robotics replaced my crashed X Star Premium with a brand new one years ago (no charge). Still looks and flies like new. Classic!

Where can you get batteries for them? I have an X-Star I haven't been able to fly for years, because the batteries won't hold a charge anymore

I have one that I bought in 2016, but all of the arms have little cracks in them now. Haven't flown it in years now. It was a great drone for me. I took it all over the US while travelling for work.

I am not seeing cheap old Autels , but early phantoms are cheap...and so much better than what $100 buys new ! Glad to have a current view of these old but swell drones !

The company is still going strong. They just released the Autel Mini drone. 249 gram

Batteries no longer available which is bad for any who have the drone. I do have the X-Star, but the batteries I have are eol. Need batteries but cannot find them. I have a couple of DJI Mavics so i use them, but hate that the X-star just sets around without anything to do.

What app are you using for this drone in 2024? The old app no longer supports the drone and is obsolete.

I guess they are obsolete now? I have one, all the batteries are dead and won't hold a charge, and I don't see any available online.

Nice but the EVO 2 Pro beat this by ten times fold, I hate to be picky my friend but your mic was hard to hear.

I have this same drone and flew it into a tree as I was panning away from my subject. Had to call the fire department to get it down. The ladder truck couldn't reach it so they had to use their hose to blow it out of the tree. The drone fell about 70 feet and still flies. Only thing is the water damage ruined the camera and Autel couldn't even fix it. I now have a DJI Mavic Air 2 which is serving me well, but I must say that I miss flying my Autel.

All Autel Drones can fly anywhere! It's up to the pilot to follow the rules!

Any way I can buy this from you or the battery?!?! I have been mine and today the battery finally died. I’m devastated and can’t find one anywhere.

I love my Evo 1 but I am still upset and heartbroken with Autel for pissing the Evo 1 away. The video quality is still my favorite feature of this drone and I felt it had so much potential. Apparently, Autel did not. Mine is still in mint condition with it's fly more package. Unfortunately, several batteries mysteriously became damaged and Autel was no help. I am done with Autel.

I hear ya man ! I’m pissed with them for ditching the XSP ‼️‼️‼️🤬 then I went and purchased the EVO ‼️‼️‼️ and they ditched it 🖕🏼🤬 I’m still pissed ! I still have both AUTEL DRONES …Both still like new ! So yeah ! I’m done with AUTEL myself 👌🏼 I haven’t experienced any problems with either drone. Kinda sucks but , can’t take a third chance on them ..got me twice ..that’s it

@@DroneUpp yep ! Same here … they didn’t give a rats ass about service on the XSP ! We don’t service them because we discontinued them. I am pretty sure the same with the EVO ! No services for them !!! They are assholes and don’t care that you spent a thousand on each drone. They could care less
